 since I didn't quite know how to translate raggar I looked up in the dictionary, and they had the word raggarbil like this:
 
 raggar|bil -en---(usually old) American car driven around by gangs of youths
 
 and to åka raggarbil is to travel in / drive a raggarbil.
 
 As I said in the other message, I took this as a sign of a tour... ;) I hope I interpreted it right :):)
